It consists of 3 residential and office buildings as well as former storage buildings. The focus of all modernization efforts was to preserve as much as possible the characteristic features of the facade, the stair cases and the historic plaster works. The ground floors remain available for commercial use, while the upper floors remained living space. The attics have been converted to bright, modern apartments while the workshops have been converted into modern town houses.
